Nothing really special man.
The last year I have just been more obsessed with getting my calories up with maintaining body fat in a lower range, now I have just switched mindsets and am ready to see the scale move a little more.
If you have looked at my other threads, you can see my diet is pretty damn high in fat. I am slowly transitioning to lower fat and higher carbohydrate while simultaneously adding carbohydrate each week. I regularly ate around 180-200g fat daily, so I killed 100g fat and swapped it for 225 carbs. (I moved about 25g fat to carb weekly). On top of adding 10-15g carbs weekly.
I am now at around 270P/620C/100F on workout days
I'll add supplements as time goes on, but won't be anything out of the ordinary. Just mechanical consistency over time. This is key.
I can't really force my body to do things much faster. Even though my scale weight has not changed much (at all), my muscular gains in the last year have been fantastic.
Since I have upped my calories so slowly over the past year, it seemed like my body just slowly increased my metabolically active tissue to compensate for the caloric load.
