Alright, when I was a student I bought a spring scale b/c I was too poor to get a better one. I just bought a digital scale, (the only one I could find!) and it weighs in lbs and oz. Before w/the cheapo scale I weighed my food before I cooked it, but it seems that some people weigh their food AFTER they cook it. The only thing I'm concerned about is about chicken. I want to make sure I'm getting the right amount inl. Does it matter all that much or am I being a tard?
