scare tissuie in bicep.....

done a week of synthol in bicep...haven not read the protocol...i didnt inject slow...rather realy fast, and also didnt massage.... ino learnt my lesson...

anyway i now realise that my right arm is hard to inject so i looked it up and its scare tissuie....thankfully my left arm is fine....

im now giong to stop injecting bicep untill its cleared up.

how long do you think it will take? ive started massageing it every now and then with a tin rolling it over and over teh bicep

but will it settle down / get better?

when i do it again i will use a 28g/slin pin i heard u can .....im sure it will make all the diffrence

I think im not giong to use again untill six months time...

as it will be my birthday then and its buy 1 get 1 free for synthetek still isnt it? so ill load up on some then.

also i will use smallest needle size i can.

go in slow and do everything correctly next time.


so ive got 6 months....if i massage everyday do you think it will be ok by then?
