Schering glass vials

Is there a secret to opening the Schering Primo single vials without crushing the glass and have it go everywhere?

I'm assuming you mean opening the amps? If so use a pen cap..like on the end of a ball point pen. Push it down over the top of the amp and just snap it off.

Use the ball point pen cap and hold the vial with a wash cloth. Works every time.

I've always just used amp openers. They're cheap and convenient.

Use a knife to cut a score in the glass and then break it. Will break at the weakened point iirc

I also used a knife to score them until I invested in an amp opener. Before I learnt the hard way, I crushed many Kirachi's .
