*went thru the Sun Salutation once this AM to start my day. Feeling some anxiety for some reason and couldn't do it again without feeling distracted. I like to go thru it 3-4x and really keep my head clear....pout

**VERY hungry lately. Seems like everytime I eat, I'm hungry again within an hour (which is both good and bad).
