Im wondering if he already had cardiomyopathy previously, heart failure, etc. Usually this sort of thing builds up slowly over the years and you have warning signs. When you are addicted to it all it is very difficult to stop. RIP Scott. I feel for his family and friends.

Nice guy, this is the way Scott is remembered by me. I have communicated with him back in the late 90's when he marketed an Andro supplement, I forgot what it was, all I remember is that thing transformed my body, it got me ripped while putting on lbs of dry muscle.

During forties and fifties at 6' 1'' carried and average weight between 287 and 305lbs. Wouldn't say
fat but bloated. Wanted to be big and strong for a part time bouncing job in Baltimore city that paid a lousy $15.00 and hour cost me and enlarged heart, and a low ejection fraction of 30 to 35 %. Took on average 500mg's of test and d-bol now and then. Good news is with medication was able to get things close to normal. Gaining weight again but low dose test and regular visits to doctor this time round. Avatar was 10 wks post back operation.
