I've been listening to your podcasts for quite awhile now. I really enjoy them.
I REALLY liked the part when Dr Scott was talking about the guy doing the BFR training on his quads. I've always wanted to try it. Now it's on my to do list for sure.

Homon is the man. I agree with everybody else. If he puts something out, I have to read or watch it...though maybe a few times in order to grasp it, lol. I don't think i've ever seen him get upset, just some mellow regular gymrat built like a tank and nice as hell, and smart as hell, lol. He's like the typical meathead people would pass by not knowing he is the real deal.

Yea I found that really interesting. I just had Dr. Jeremy Loenneke on to discuss BFR (he's one of the go-to guys on the topic), that will be released in about 2 weeks :)
