I do think anything Stevenson puts out is going to be worth the price. I kinda put him, Jordan Peters, Meadows all in same category of the good people still left in bodybuiling which seems to few and far between

Is it easy to read and understand or is there a lot of technical wording?
Scott is a genius. I'm sure the book is worth every penny.
So I LOVE his fortitude training book, I was thinking the other day of getting this new book - but I held off since I don’t compete anymore and don’t have plans to anytime in the near future, and from the description it looked like it was for setting up your year in terms of prep for a contest, post contest and off-season?
But I was thinking of perhaps getting the book and using it like this: just pick a particular date and make it a “contest” date and then following the book/program through the year, doing prep before that date and then following what he has laid out for the year post contest and off season?
For those who have the book, does this seem do-able or is it just weird/crazy?
Or is the info alone just worth getting even if not competing?
I’m definitely getting a hard copy. He was saying he was going to be selling them at the Olympia next week
And the e-book is only $60. I believe he said he went with the premium binding and other materials for the hard copy, figuring people that like or want a hard copy will probably drag it back and forth from the gym so it needed to hold up to wear and tear....
Well worth the price IMO. It's 300+ pages of info. Other than Arnold's Encyclopedia of BBing and some "underground steroid books" there's nothing even close information wise out there.
I thought same thing when I saw price for stan efferding's vertical dirt, I think they know now a days with internet it's going to get shared for free so just try to get what they can out of it.
It’s a bargain! The amount of info is unreal. No one in the world could write something that even comes close to this imo
The printing and binding is much more than 50% of the cost of the book, actually. (This is partially b/c I'm a one man show here and it's print on demand, meaning they didn't print thousands of copies expecting it to be a "best seller.")
I think Stan's book is $100 for the ebook, but mine is $60 for the e-book. (A $100 ebook would cost a bit more to sell as a hard cover if someone were wanting to make the same profit on each book.)
I hope what I said didn't come across as negative, I tried to edit it as soon as realized it might have and had waited too long so I followed up with compliment and endorsement.
Or pay 300+ a month for someone else to guide you. Not saying paying someone isn’t a good idea but when you really think about it, $100 is nothing if you’re in this game for the long haul

Thanks, my man!

If we could have an overview of the content or few pages to read to evaluate what info I’m getting. I kinda like to flip through a book before buying ..

a book won’t give you a meal plan, or watch your physique and adjust what you’re eating.
I’d rather have a coach, and this is coming from someone that never had one. a 100$ book, that’s really expensive

For the guys who have already purchased the book:
Is it pretty detailed on nutrition, how to set up your diet based on your goals?

I'm visiting a friend across the country and he had ordered the hard copy book (for $100), and I've been reading through it this week, and holy shit, it's impressive!!
In my opinion, t's ABSOLUTELY worth every penny of the $100... It's like a 400 page text book of practical bodybuilding information...
I'm not made of money, but I'd pay $200 for this if that was the price.. As soon as I get back home, I'm ordering the hard copy of this book..
Super impressive, Scott, hell of a product!
Wife got me a copy today. I was hoping to get a hardback while we were at the Olympia. It’s packed with info. Very well laid out. We wanted to surprise me so she didn’t even use my coupon I had for it. I can see why it took so long to write the book. Thanks doc.
