This guy was a man among boys, a true badass of his time and after. Seriously, this is sad ass effin' news. I was just thinking of him a week or two ago, and was wondering how long he was going to live

May he rest in peace.

One of my favorite movies of all-time as a young kid was Darby O'Gill and the Little People. It's cheesy with bad sound now if you watch it, but a great movie of it's time, mostly forgotten.

One of my favorites. Growing up, if I thought of what a real man should be i would think of Sean Connery.

Never be a better James Bond. He was knighted by Queen Elizabeth.


Sean was 90, and the queen is now 94! Her husband Prince Philip is 99. What great lives they have all had. I hoped Sean would live longer, but 90 is nothing to sneeze at. At one time he was the highest paid man in Hollywood.

Sad news. My fav when i was a kid was " Thunder Ball" and " Highlander" Two of my buddies did a security contract on Abaco, Bahamas. Mr Connery had a big estate there. Heard he was a real class act. RIP Sir.

Kinda like how as a kid I knew the Santa at the big downtown Rikes department store was real and the others around town were just his helpers. He was the one that all others were guaged by.

They might as well cancel Bond anymore. Besides, by now everyone knows that James Bond is a spy. Everyone knows James Bond blew his cover when he told them all that he was a spy for a photo op. Anyways, I'd hope he looks like Connery. But you know, sometimes spies have to be inconspicuous, keeping them legs nice and skinny.

His marriage to current wife lasted till his death, 45 years. She loved him so he must be good to her. He even had an affair in the 80s and she didn't leave him. We are all human.
