Seated Tricep Extensions

DB's are a great choice for tri-cep exercises because you can do them unilaterally and use your other arm for assisted/negatives reps. I would recommend doing them lying on a bench but standing and seated are gtg too.
 
If you really like that movement and have no problems besides getting it up(no pun) Just ask someone or a couple of people to hand you the weight I’m sure they will gladly help.

Of course! Ask someone to help, then again there are some real dicks in gyms across the country. True, but LOL!
 
How bout cleaning to chest level then sit then press over head and begin the Tricep extension, which I call the French Press. If you can't clean then press the EZ Curl bar you obviously can't do the extension.

I call them skull crushers.. But this is better movement then doing them seated in my opinion.

Yes true. Also at some gyms you can ask the staff for help. Don’t be shy!

Yes that’s easier to get the weight up. I do those to, they are great. Also on an incline bench at 45 degree. Sometimes less or more for different angle. That’s lots of variety right there from incline to flat to decline!
