Haven't been on here in a while but am a regular at a-board, which seems to be down lately, but any input would be appreciated. Anyway I finished up my first cycle about 7 weeks ago. I did 400mg/wk of Stealth Test E along with .25mg Arimidex ED. I put on 27lbs. in 8 weeks, went from a lean 183 to 210. I cut my cycle short at 9 weeks because gains stopped and I wanted to cut my loses. 7 weeks later, I am still at 210, didn't loose anything, strength down a little but not much, but obviously I put on a fair amount of fat, however, I consider this a very successful cycle.

BTW I'm 37y.o., 5'10" been lifting on and off since I was 19, seriously the past 4 years.

Now my second cycle will start in the begining of December, I am now cutting and want to get down to 190-195 before I start. This upcomming cycle may seem long but I thought I would bulk from wk 1-8, maintain for a week or two, then cut the remainder 6 or 7 weeks. I considered this because of my past experience of making most of my gains the first 8 weeks and want to run a longer cycle. Here it is:

wk 1-14 Stealth Test E 500mg/wk, 2 inj./wk
wk 1-6 T-bol 60mg/ED (paper)
wk 11-16 Winny 60mg/ED (paper)
Arimidex .25mg ED throughout

PCT will start 24 hrs. after last Winny dose which will be:

wk 17 - 40mg nolva+ 100mg clomid daily
wk 18 - 30mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily
wk 19 - 20mg nolva+ 50mg clomid daily

How does this sound? I have heard some say not to bulk and cut in the same cycle but I think this is doable, any thoughts, suggestions? Thanks alot!

This cycle sounds good, well thought out. Good luck with it, keep us posted on your results bro..........
 
I have had lots of experience with "stuff" over the past decade so I will give you my thoughts.

Personally I think 500mg per week of Test. E. for 14 weeks is a bit redundant. As you said yourself, even your gains stopped after the 8th week.

By week 4 or so all you're doing(with the weekly injection) is replacing what was lost the week before due to metabolization.

IMO this would work better-

Wk 1 700mg Test E
Wk 2 700mg Test E
Wk 3 700mg Test E
Wk 4 600mg Test E
Wk 5 600mg Test E
Wk 6 600mg Test E
Wk 7 500mg Test E
Wk 8 500mg Test E
Wk 9 500mg Test E
Wk 10 400mg Test E
Wk 11 400mg Test E
Wk 12 200mg Test E
Wk 13 200mg Test E
Wk 14 100mg Test E


More of the depot will get into your system faster (better for bulking) and then it will get out faster as well (less chance for long-term sides as well as water bloat)

You also might want to think about adding winny in a pyramid cycle such as:

25mg/day for week 11,
45mg/day for week 12,
60mg/day for week 13,
60mg/day for week 14,
45mg/day for week 15,
25mg/day for week 16

IMO this is for 2 reasons. 1) Receptors down-regulate after they get a drug with the same dose week after week. Increasing it slowly over first few weeks helps to keep it more effective. 2) Likewise in the end- you can taper it lower so when the testosterone levels decline during the last few weeks you wont get squeeky tendons and joints. A common side effect for some people with low test levels and high doses of winny
