What I don't get is why they always look like jackasses. BIGA has said time and time again about how Synthol will build muscle. He obviously looks inflated with fluid and has little real muscle.

Do these goof balls just shoot oil and not train? Is this why they look this way? If he stopped doing the oil would he rebound to a normal looking body with some muscle on it from the Synthol use?

Maybe this is what happens if you do as BIGA has prescribed but just continue to do the 3cc shot for way to long?

I have no idea about either... my understanding was that implants can be a bit "round" like his... not that it matters per se, I just like to learn these kind of things for no good reason really just interesting

The way his biceps kind of "hang" sometimes it looks like a ball of fluid ie implant floating around there... dunno
