The best response is no response, at all. Staying silent is the best and smartest thing you can do. It’s not a crime to stay silent, it’s also not a crime to excersise your right to silence. Responding to the letter telling them to either open the package, or telling them no they can’t open it (Goodluck with that) is just moronic. Do not respond. Period.


And if you are questioned, and can’t keep silent because you fell for their cheap psychology tricks, then the next best response is to act like you have no idea what they’re talking about, or to deny the claim (then stfu after). Be polite, play into their need for control, and keep it concise. People that try to spin elaborate stories usually always make a mistake or their bullshit gets ripped through at a later point, and once you start backtracking and changing your story, you’re done and completely cooked.

Most times they’re not even after the end user, they’re aiming way higher up the logistic chain. If they wanted you bad enough, they would get you, and if there was enough evidence they would just arrest and charge you, rather than interviewing or detaining you while they play 21 questions and leveraging cheap mind games to get you to try to self incriminate (Because once you do, they really don’t have to prove much of anything, you’ve already admitted to it). Where if you just stay silent, the burden is on them to prove their claims

Listen, no disrespect, but man say what you want thats your take, I have mine. Attorneys also are salesman at the end of the day and im guessing he was trying to do anything he could to get you to sign up with him to have him on retainer for such b.s matters.
This is still America and people still have rights. Again you can simply not answer them and thats the best route to go or say idk why your talking about and hang up/close the door. But at the end of the day, you simply saying “no” to them is not going to get anyone a felony for lying to LE. Cops aren’t after end users so again, there not going to go and charge someone because they lied to them, thats a ridiculous statement sorry and thats for a number of reasons, one they don’t care to spend to the money to chase after the end users/someone for something so petty unless there’s a reason like a strong lead. You know how many times LE lies to people and mislead them? Guess what you can lie to them also just like they lie to you. Trust me I paid for a 30 min consultation with Rick and he talked to me for an hour. He was extremely forthright and generous with his time. There was no mention of any retainers and I never spoke to him again as the issue resolved itself. He testified to the US sentencing commission during Operation Raw Deal, he's not a billboard Saul Goodman type figure. To the folks who know him, know his expertise.

Yes not speaking on it, and saying your attorney will contact them on your behalf is the best bet.

And postal inspectors do call you directly

They’re more clueless than anything else unless you are moving some heavy raws or goods (in which case it’s not a dingy postal inspector but bigger parties who are interested)

Hahaha see I called it, you did exactly as I knew you did and paid him to sell you a bunch of scare tactics, probably hoping you’d add him on retainer next in case you get a letter in the mail, so he can tell you what do and most likely get you in more trouble cus you took his bullshit advice instead of not answering or saying no! It’s that fcking simple man, dont over think it, it’s literally not worth it! But go a head and do you and give yourself a panic attack next time you order gear for yourself

It’s worth mentioning that the Postal inspectors are no joke. For cases that go to trial they convict 98% of the time. Look it up. They don’t sound badass but they’re a serious group.

Of course I agree with people here saying they wont bother with the end user but yea I certainly wouldn’t be responding to any letters. EVER.

Also I have noticed some domestic sources on here haven’t changed their sender address as well as their fake business name nor the area they mail from. Don’t make it easy for investigators.. at some point they catch up with ya

I remember years ago I ordered domestic, went to get the pack, shit was sent from Poland. Never once understood why guys risk international (i know this was domestic..just saying).

Another time got a small pack from cbl...went to get...thing was hanging open you could see what was inside it...luckily he had vague labels ....but it was hanging right open for all to see. Not sure if it just got popped open or was looked at and they didn't bother sealing it...I emailed him and snitched on the remailer for shitty packaging hope he got fired.

Taking a trip in the way back machine(20 years). A supplier at the time had got flagged. He had 3 shipping locations get seizure letters.

The packages arrived opened and empty with the letter inside. Times may have changed but this was about 2000 nile sustanon ampules and nothing happened other than pissing oants for a few months.

The letter said if you think this is an error contact us.
