i do not know the details of his death. what ever happened , it should'nt of happened. seneca was a very knowledgable guy. he knew what he was doing. i hope that it turns out that it was not bodybuilding related but, it still should serve as a warning to all of us that insulin is a very dangerous drug. knowing what you are doing sometimes is not enough. shit happens. i have seen on another board people bitchin' about how this guy must have been stupid in his prep ect ect. well, they did not know that he was probably more knowledgable then they are. again, shit happens. if you do not plan on stepping on the national stage, do not be sticking yourself with 20 ius of insulin. none of us here want to hear of a board member dying because he or she was a little impatient and wanted gains right now. i want to live a long time and see my kids get married ect ect. i know many young members do not see that far into the future but, trust me it will arrive quicker than you think. just stay safe and remember to have patience. the key to looking great at 45 is to MAKE IT to 45.
