After years of being on trt the one thing I've never been able to understand is estradiol levels. The old estradiol test life extension said we should aim for a 20-30 range. What about the new sensitive estradiol test though? There really are no studies showing an ideal range. And some of the top doctors don't even have the same opinion. Dr Rand McClain says 15-20, Dr Brett Osborn says 20-25, and defy doctors dont worry so much about numbers as the do symptoms. Also does anyone know if Dr Rand McClain even uses the sensitive estradiol test?
