SEO in short head of tricep

Iv been using syntherol in my tricep lateral head and have gained 1 inch in 10 days.
I want to try injecting into the short head of the tricep but I'm not totally sure where to inject (how far up from the elbow)
Also could I hit the ulnar nerve injecting here?
Or is there anything else I need to worry about?

I do it use a slin pin bakload it with a larger syringe and needle I also warm the SEO prior by setting it in sum hot water and yes lotsa nerves in that area if u hit one pull out move over a bit try again

Find the thickest part of that muscle and inject there Im fortunate I have sum meat there but I know a lotta guys dont

Yes you cant git to crazy though I shoot 1cc every 2 or 3 days its a small muscle
