Interesting in various kinds of seo protocols, having never run seo before but having read big A's. Protocol and Dave palumbos protocol. I was wondering if there was more then one way to skin a cat with seo.

Did you ever move on running Syntherol...If so did it go and what protocol did you use?!

when i ran Syntherol i was running Big A's protocol.

i did Big A's complete protocol and was at just over 19" cold when i started and was almost 21.5" cold was the maintenance period was finished. that is where i am still at to this day

I've seen other shots of you over the years on a couple other boards...Once you cut out that fat you had from the layoff you were/are a big sumbitch man!
