I train every thing once a week for 4 exercises like you just mentioned, do you think its much better for growth if I switch to training everything twice a week but only 2 exercisers each time?
Iv tried this way before but it felt like I needed to do more sets, i didnt have that pump you get from doing loads of sets, so i done a few more sets just be safe and I didn't recover in time for next workout.
