Hey PM,

Just wanted to help a friend out and give him some pub. He is Sergio Oliva Jr. he is getting ready for Midwest Ironman then Nationals. He was signed by the company that sponsor's me, and Im going up to see him in a month to train with him and get some video coverage for youtube and facebook. He is a great guy and is very humble...this is a very recent picture he is around 270lbs right now...

Yeah the first video will be about a month from now. It will be about 12 weeks out from Nats. then I plan on doing one mid prep about 6 weeks out, then his warm up show a week before nats...so please keep an eye out for him...
