Yes to the sleep. The other part is dose and time dependent.

Ive used it all - benzo, trazadone, etc, but

25mg of seroquel does the trick for me and I am not groggy at all. I take it around 8:00-8:30pm and get to bed by 9:30-10:00pm

Got a bottle full of Sero… Tried it for a week and it tore up my stomach. Had the runs. It didn’t work for me. I found that if I took it at 9pm, then shut down the house, got a shower, pillow talk w/ wife the effects were gone. I’d lay there staring at the ceiling. The bottle just sits in my nightstand now, been there for probably 4-5 years now.

Just went back and checked the bottle, they are 25mg tablets.

trazodone at 50mg made me feel horrible and worse the next day

seroquel at 25mg is WAY more forgiving imo

still I am switching to apigenin, mag threonate and l theanine combo based on neurologist dr hubermans advice
