I'm assuming because his right glute was swollen, that's where he got the shot so how does that make the left leg hurt???

That's my bad I was unclear. His 2nd pin was his left quad. He is all better today. Made it to the gym and everything.

Smaller volume til your muscle(s) get used to it.

Smaller gauge pin.

Inject slow and steady rather than jab and slam.

My first pin hurt me badly, but after a few days the pain has passed. I think it also depends on individual specifics.

my first shot was quad

was test and I got test flu as well. from then on I hit glute and never a problem
I do use a 1/2 ' needle for my quad for my hgh with absolutely no problem. not to pimp a sponsor that uses coconut oil it is very smooth
