Severe joint pain

Hey guys,
I've been out for quite some time. Had a serious accident followed by multiple surgeries. I now find myself whith horrible knee and neck pain. I just wanted to ask opinions on what may help with this. I know look it up. I'm just asking for a starting point if you don't want to give to much info. I get insane headaches after about 20 minutes in front of computer so was just trying to cut out some time. I'll stop running on. Thank you for any info in advance,God bless, Peace T

I was taking pain meds but they were becoming an issue and I was relying on them entirely to much so I stopped them.

It's been a little over 4 months now

ok.....have you actually started back training???

i know getting off painkillers will actually cause some pain
in places that didn't have pain before...neck, back, knuckles
(hand and feet)....it does go away.
