Just a little update as how im doing today. Typically i feel lifeless and empty on the inside no happiness, sadness, motivation, etc. Today im feeling a wave of sadness for no particular reason. Ive had lack of sleep last 2 days around 6-7 hours. I find if i don't get at least 8 hours im EXTREMELY fatigued/tired, like im on 800mg of DNP type of tired. Was up early got a job application for a painters union(not rly interested but cant pass it up)went home napped for a few hours, drank an energy drink then struggled with a boxing workout with my trainer. Currently have a wave of sadness that i cant explain, I would say on scale of 1-10 im about a 5/10 right now. Something like this is not a good feeling. Hope it goes away

So like a lot of guys stated the finastride maybe your problem man. You could always try a EOD dosing schedule.

I also agree that your estrogen is probably a bit low and could have something to do with your low sex drive.

Also have you checked your free test? I know the total is on the high end of range but it’s a valuable number. Chances are it’s

I know I am sounding like a broken record but I would get a very comprehensive blood test and see a good psychologist and or psychiatrist. Depression is very hard on you physically and psychologically, something to take seriously. You can and will feel better once you get on the right path for you.

Yes i hope so...I have full bloods all look normal i can post them on here. Like today got home from work at 1pm i should be taking advantge of this free time but nope i been sleeping in my room

This is totally inaccurate. Only around 1% to 3% of testosterone is converted to DHT and E2, blocking one will not significantly increase the other. Reduction to DHT and aromatization to E2 are not primary metabolism pathways for testosterone.

Also, when on testosterone (TRT doses) taking finasteride doesn't actually lower serum DHT levels by that much, usually around 50%. I really doubt finasteride is your issue, although I would recommend lowering your daily dose to .25mg

Pharm desoxtn is meth.

I've tried 10mg of both(oral of course). Desoxyn is much smoother than adderall all day any day.
And no you don't turn into an addict with therapeutic doses combined with a sense of self control(plus consistent breaks)
Problem starts when one uses high doses and tolerance builds.. then doses increase and its downhill from there.
If one has unresolved issues and is using to run from those problems, then yeah... not a good combination...
Now any other ROA outside of oral, combined with rec doses.. that's also a recipe for disaster.

i was only commenting on someones post.. your situation is above my pay grade.
i do hope you figure things out.. as i think we've all been in this place at one point or another.
speaking for myself, i've pushed through bouts of depression and apathy with exercise, chemistry, and positive self affirmation.
your situation is probably way more complex than mine was at the time..
but going through a divorce, at the same time custody battles with another mother halfway across the country(no such thing as remote appearances at the time), HEFTY child support payments,
judge just making up high dollar child support arrears amounts out of spite, other financial levies, having to
roomate with someone after having your own place for 20+ years all as a result.. will leave someone with ED and serious depression.
but thats all so far behind me(10 or so years)... now living the best life and all these mothers who put me through it, are now wanting to
rekindle now their money has dried up.. err.. hard pass.

If I was desperate like you are.... I would try it once and just see if the sex drive/happiness/ motivation comes back etc... just to find out if it is a dopamine thing... If not then you can rule it out and move on.

If it is that I would go and see a doc get a referral to a psych and look at something to do with dopamine like others have stated...wellbuturin etc

You could try Wellbutrin (which is a lot better for you) now but it could take a month to 6 weeks to see results or get an idea... one dexampheatamine or Adderall pill could give you an indication in hours.

Either way I would want to get this resolved.

it is absolutely meth, just time release, there are lots of microdosing methheads out there, adderall is just gentrified meth.

Yes i NEED to get this resolved cant keep living like this. I'm hesitant with the adderal as when i was younger i was into the party scene and those substances rly messed me up from the come down so im nervous to take the addy. I don't want to take it and start freaking out....but i also wanna see if it helps

Example Today i was verbally abused from a family member as soon as i opened my eyes, stress from work due to incompetent owners and minor things my gf does that makes her situation worse so i was very anxious/on edge all of this morning, I'm just kinda in a down mood rn i guess from earlier.

Ironic that my friend just got prescribed wellbuturin today. He did a zoom call with this company and there throwing anti depressants at him like candy, I don't like that at all

Estradiol supplement would address your issue. It's odd that you are aromatizing less, generally, we aromatize more as we age. Do you take any meds or supplements? Did you change injection sites?

Yes very odd isnt it. No other meds or supplements bar anabolics. Test results showed very high prolactin aswel which I initially thought cud be keeping my estrogen from rising but I took caber for 6weeks and still nothing everything has been the same . Previously before just running test I was on test deca and eq but i found myself hitting a big stall in lifts that were previously easy and then joints became worse and worse and already had no sex drive viagra and cialis barely work. Just on test now but cabt even train properly. Have estradiol valerate tablets in the way took ages to get a hold of and bern nearly a month with air mail but shud be here this week

Keep an eye on SHBG with oral estradiol, it will spike. For your purposes, 0.5 - 1 mg daily to start and re-test in 2 weeks.

Higher SHBG : Lower Free T and E2, generally, it's not as big a deal as many make it out to be. Total T is also still biologically active contrary to popular belief.

Low shbg seems to be one factor leading to low libido.
