TREN and estrogen blockers dry u up. Vitamin b is good for BP. You should always do a 10 minute cool down to keep blood from pooling. Drink about a gallon of water a day. And Ice those muscles after a cool down and long duration stretch.
Problem I have is water makes me feel sick so not sure if I flavored it would it still be alright as I usually just use milk n protein shakes and an energy drink whilst training, thanks
