Severe pain 20 hours after inject?

Strange thing. Nothing has changed and I have used this gear for the past month with no issues. Today I'm standing still talking to somebody when I start feeling immense pain. Literally almost took me to my knees. I had to leave and come home and lay down after popping 3 ibuprofen. Anytime I took a step, even limping on the leg, I felt like I was going to scream. There is no redness, no lump, so forth.

It's still pretty painful but nowhere near as bad a few hours later. Is this just random or what? I was almost in tears and could barely drive home.

Might want to get that checked out. I hope that you didn't have an aneurysm/stroke or even a blood clot in your leg bro. I hope I'm dead wrong on that. Keep us updated and hopefully you get the problem resolved.

Where did you have the pain? The injection site or your calf? I'd go get checked out just in case.

Injection site, the entire muscle. Didn't happen all day at working climbing around and being physical.

You could have a blood clot in your glute bro. AAS can cause those. You may have hit a nerve and damaged it. In any case, you really should get it checked out if the pain persists for more than a couple days. Better safe than sorry.

If it's not red or swelling I would watch it and at the sign of anymore pain, goto Dr. Also it's none of my business, but please only use HG gear. I'm not saying that has one thing to do with it, but everything we can do to make things safer I believe we should. Remember we all only have one body, its your temple.

Did you move the needle whilst it was inside you? Even a slight movement can cause painful damage and injecting 3 ml of oil into a fesh wound won't help.
Is it red or hot to touch?
Have you true heating the area see if it makes it any better?
Is it swollen at all?
Have you massaged it?
