Sex drive boost for 42yr old

I just turned 42 and am looking to boost my sex drive, we will safe its fair at best right now.

I cycled a lot during my 20's and 30's but have been off everything about a year. I am going to get my blood work done this or next week. I have always been low when off even after a year off.

I have been working naturally to boost my ED issues including more cardio and using sex only every couple of weeks as a release. Using Cialis when needed but it always isnt getting the job done. I was tired and a little tipsy trying to have a threesome this week and it petered out about 3/4 of the way thru the experience. I cut back on drinking (not a normal thing for me but its still hit or miss especially if a little tired)

What are some good ways everyone boost sex drive in the 40's?
I feel good without trt minus the sex issues

it has been better, but a lifestyle change has me wanting more. I have access to a lot of 20 year old women that want to have sex as I run a titty bar.

I liked staying away from trt because it improved my blood pressure and heart rate was lower on average.

While I am not against getting back on as I know my levels will be low but I was seeing what others may suggest

I have some proviron at home and do people like running it alone?
I also have masteron if I get back on trt to run with it?
Should I add hcg to trt if I get back on?

I used to powerlift and train heavy but switched to doing BJJ as I got older (reason I got off everything is I took a break from the gym life) so I guess the trt would help recovery and I know the cardio aspect is helping.
I also started to work on mobility of my tight helps also adding kettlebell swings in to help loosen stuff up plus pump blood into that region a lot.

Any suggestions would help as I chasing the lifestyle more than a cycle to enhance gym performance now days.
 
How bad was your BP on TRT?
Seems to me low dose test is the easiest and safest way to go. Bloodwork will let you know.
You worry about TRT but mention adding proviron, masteron and HCG?
I'd add one thing and look at the results before throwing a couple things at it and wondering what worked.
Either your test is low or the girls are ugly...........lol

Blood pressure was manageable on it as I am prescribed meds but after I got off everything it went to the best it has been in years but I also added in cardio about a month before.

I'm not against trt (honestly prolly leaning towards it) but was wondering if anyone took proviron on its own to boost libido.

As far as masteron that would be if I got back on trt.
I like to follow Stan Efferding and basically the vertical diet I know he follows blood pressure closely and getting off trt is very part of his protocol. So I know having good blood pressure is very doable with trt so maybe I should just get back on (after the labs review) and focus on cardio, dropping some weight and diet to maintain it.

reason I got off was lack of gym activity and it seems to be a tad healthy numbers since being off I seen.

Just asking advising to see options

You may find this weird but there are exercises you can do for/with your penis that will help increase your erection quality. Jelqs, low pressure pumping, light weight short duration hanging. These can improve blood flow and penis health and result in better erections.

I am a big boy with a higher bodyfat, I am in the process of losing it. I understand that it is a major part of the process as I used to powerlift so I am fluffy.



Cardio along with BJJ is 3-4 times a week plus almost daily dog walks to help.

Yea I was looking into this and read that how a lot of people get super tight in the area from the crappy modern lifestyle. So I became active in stretching the area (tight muscle restrict blood flow) and I try to get more walking in to add to blood flow in the area along with high volume kettlebell swings to get blow flow in the area.

Lots of guys have ED concerns later in age and from what I have read all the the lack of moving, excessive sitting, possible tight muscles in the area plus higher bodyfat all lead to ED problems. This is why I have been working on it without TRT to possibly address they issues. It has improved but I would like a little better.
 
What does this even mean
I am prolly around 25 percent or a little more. I am a huge guy in the mid 300's but I have a huge frame (I am the biggest guy almost anyone knows. I am like big country boy. So yes loosing weight is currently being done via eating better and having a more healthy lifestyle plus training BJJ as when I powerlifted I did zero cardio and do to work last year sat around a lot.

In fact I think being on TRT may even help with the weightloss. I have lost about 20lbs in the past 1.5.

I just hate when people are like well loose weight and that will fix it. I understand the issue but also have had issues when at a smaller weight when I was boxing mid 30's.

Yes, I am fat. I don't put numbers out as people think I am obese but an honest fact is that I do have weight to lose and am working on it. It will not be a quick process as I am a very large person before you think about it in turns of being fat as I touched 395 when I competed in late 2021 but I am not a slob. But regardless in will take some time to trim down in a healthy manner.
 
Always testosterone. In whatever dose you want/can.

Proviron by itself is a poor choice, same with masteron, IMO.

If I were in your shoes, I'd be hitting 200mg Test every other week. With every other week, that first 5 days post inj raises sex drive much more noticeably. As I'd rather have sex drive at a '10' for 5 days and a '5' (average/normal) for the remaining 9days. Rather than maintain a '7' sex drive every day.

If that makes sense.

I'd add 25mg proviron/day or 100mg mast/wk after that.

If you go the otc route, tongkat ali/long jack would be my choice. Dose depends on you. I'd 'dry scoop' a few teaspoons in the morning and be ok for the day.. it might've been 80% psychological however.

I have added in cardio to help with heart health along with blood flow
I have added in working on getting more mobile in the hips to help with blood flow
I have added in working out (BJJ 3 times a week) and especially kettlebell swings to improve blood flow in the region

I have improved it well but would like to see a little better results
Should I just get back on TRT after the labs so that my test is lower or should I try just proviron while waiting for results from a healthier lifestyle?

If I choose trt I will prolly for sure add proviron or masteron and monitor estrogen levels while on but should I add in HCG?

I think losing weight and fat in general is the most important thing. In my 20s I permabulked, 250 was my max later hovered around 220 but leaner. 250 my dick was a joke, still issues at 220. Years later almost 40, lower dosages for health, more cardio, less bodyweight (always under 190), dick works like a charm. Only time it didn't was when I dieted for an extreme amount of time and got under 180, no libido. But the rest of my nosy didn't work either at that weight I couldn't sleep, some days could barley get out of bed, legs ached, etc

High bodyweight itself has no impact on libido. If a higher bodyweight leads to high blood pressure or other issues that could impact libido, but just being big doesn't make your dick not work as many of here can attest to.

You need to check your testosterone levels. If they're low, get on a leigitimate TRT dose. Low testosterone levels have been linked to a host of health problems and will probably make your weight loss harder. Your blood pressure will get under control when you lose the excess fat.

I'm not talking about stretching the muscles. I'm talking about the actual penis. Like using a penis pump at very low pressure for 5-10 minutes whenever you take a shit. Something like that.
