Drop the arimidex for a little bit and see if you can get away without it and if the sex problem goes away.
If you need it start low like .25mg EOD to see if its enough to take care of estrogen issues or maybe switch to a different type of anti e.
But always try to use as less anti e as you can get away with. More is not always better. I took too much letrozole by accident once and had issues like that for a few weeks.
Not fun when your girl is looking at you like what are you doing? Why you stopped? And then it can also become a psychological issue where you got it in the back of your mind next time you have sex. is this gonna happen again any minute now?

Get some Cialis/Viagra/Melanotan or PT141 until you work it out, so it doesn't become a psychological focus.

Blood test as suggested above, if possible. In my case, I'd drop the Liquidex for a while, use hCG. If no luck on that, add clomid (personal preference...I feel better when my pituitary is working). hCG causes aromitization, so it could raise your E2 a bit in quick time, which would help if your E2 is low.

Try melatotanII. It'll give you an erection so hard you'll think you're 14 again. Good luck tryibg to urinate in the middle of the night though. The erection lasts forever, or so it seems.

Strangely enough I can say that MT2 KILLS my libido, I've only ran low doses though so maybe low dose has the opposite effect. When I mean low, my first dose I did was .5mg. I turned red as tomato about 15 min later for a duration of about 3 hours then had noticable darkening of mole and freckles EVERYWHERE lol. Next day I dropped to .25mg and stood out in sun for a few minutes just until my skin started to tingle. From that I got a couple shades noticibly darker and just from those two small doses.

Now sex wasnt anywhere to be found on my mind and I am a bonafide hornball pervert according to my gf. Wanting to confirm it was the MT2 possibly having opposite effect on my libido, I did .5mg 2 days later and then .25mg the day after that, and again a couple more shades noticibly darker but absolute ZERO drive and desire. Overall I was more sluggish and tired as well, like regardless if fully rested, my mind/body would crave a nap around my middle part of day...

So i can say that the low doses were effective and legit as far as quality of product but for my body chemistry, and for the love of sex, I had to hang up my use after my less than one week of use. It did take a couple days for my body to rebound back as far as libido and functionability is concerned same for my sense of well being and lack of sluggishness....

Now back on topic, a valid point was made since your bf% is around 18... too much E can be the issue as well so as many have mentioned only blood work can tell or maybe a saliva test strip if those are even available... other signs and symptoms of low E include joint pain/soreness, even having a strong thirst ( a good buddy of mine strangely gets that)

Of course the ol trial and error is something I am fond of too, drop a-dex dose lower for a week or so and should have noticible effect, if nothing then bump it back up and go higher lol

Libido seems to go up and down on longer cycles. Different for everyone. It's not so much a lack of urge, but the tools don't seem to work on cue sometimes. Hopefully the tips in this thread will help!

ummm...heres sumthing obvious- If it is doing things negative to you in 10 weeks, how bout you get off EVERYTHING....get back to NORMAL...then do sumthin DIFFERENT the next time like short cycles and sending signals to HPTA like ALOT of the top guys on here mention :lightbulb:
