I use a Mighty with Spotify so I get the benefits of Spotify without having to bring in my phone.

So I don't listen to music in the gym but when I do, here are a few songs I'll play

First up, the Seminoles War Chant. This gets me right in the zone, like I'm suited up playing MLB ready to crack some skulls

Next, the one song from Nipsey that I really like, "last time that I checked." This is a real gangster feel that makes me want to go hard.

Next, Floetry, "say yes"... Maybe the greatest R&B baby making song of all time. This one can have me hitting PRs, thinking about putting it down on my future wife in the bedroom.

Next, some San Francisco rap, Andre Nickatina "Jungle.". I had an experience as a teenager snowboarding listening to this song, where I just straight bombed down a mountain at top speed without turning, and the song gets my adrenaline going.

One last one. This is a good song for getting your pump on staring in the mirror lifting the weight to the rhythm just feeling it
