I'm starting mine September 15th. First time in my life I am attempting a true "clean bulk". I'm done with that dirty bulk shit. Being an endo my BF would skyrocket by adding additional shit calories just to hit my total goal for the day. I am taking my clean maintenance diet and adding 1000-1500 calories a day. Basically keeping the same structure but going from 4-6oz of protein per meal to 8-10oz and instead of 1 cup of rice 2 cups, throwing in more carbs intra workout etc... that kind of thing. 16 week hormone plan below:
500mgs Test E a week
300mgs Deca a week
500mgs EQ a week
2-4iu GH a day
20mgs Dbol a day (Week 1-4)
50mgs Winny a day (Week 6-16)
Ancillaries will be Asin, Caber and HCG)
