I HAVE TOLD SHELBY THIS A FEW TIMES.. but it should be said again.. he is one of the most dedicated trainers i know.. he is beyond consistent.. hits it hard all the time.. if they gave out first place for dedication he would have his pro card good luck brutha and bring it home... we are rooting for ya..

just seen some of the pics from yesterday. there is some tuff comp. in the WW but i think there is only one guy that will give shelby a run for his money. but shelby looks great and the most shredded. his back def. blows the others out of the water
