I just bit the bullet, and put a good chunk of change down for Shelby's consultation for the next 12 months. He will be providing me with Diet/Supps/Contest Prop coaching. I am doing the DC rest pause program right now with the extreme stretching and loving/hating the shit out of it. It hurts to good! Will be training 5 days a week, Sunday= Chest, Shoulders, Tri's, Back Width & Thickness Monday= Bi's, 4-arms, Calves, Hams, Quads
Tuesday= Rest Day/Cardio & Abs/Calves, Repeat program. I have 1 really weak body part and it's my calves, they just don't grow, strong as hell and well defined but skinny. Current stats/measurments: 28 years young, 5' 9.5" 203 lbs, 11% BF, Have mostly mesomorph traits, but I feel I am carb sensitive, Waist= 33.5, Bi's= 16.5 4-arms= 14.5, quads= 25, calves= 16, not too sure on chest. Another weak body part is my back, have good thickness but poor width. I am sure I will be eating a carb cycling diet from Shelby, consisting of 1 hi carb day, 3 mod carb days and 3 low carb day, low carb days will be 2 of my days off the weights for sure. Not sure what I am going to run for gear on the program. Was thinking about 300 test e, and then running deca @ 600mg for 8 weeks, then EQ @ 600mg for 8 weeks, and just keep swapping em. I plan on competing in the Met-Rx Denver open in November of '13, maybe a show sooner if things are going well. I will be posting some starting pics up, and keeping a log on my training & progress.
