Express Items are usually more prone to being checked, my buddy at ups told me when they scan the packs for tracking and express, they will put a certain number through x-ray. As far as heat goes, I believe elitropin posted their tests that leaving it in temperature up to XX degreese, i believe 98 but i goto check again, for long periods of time and the gh still tested fine. Do a search on it and they have it posted. Hope that helps

(When they ship one of the pharmaceutical brands, like Serostim, do you think it's temperature controlled? The Serostim prescribing information specifies that it should be stored at room temperature up to 86F before reconstitution.)

Prior to shipping you have no gurantee that your GH wasn't sitting in a hot humid warehouse in downtown Beijing waiting to be smuggled out in the mail.
then who thinks their domestic source or remailer keeps their GH in a refrigerator?
So I wouldn't worry about the shipping in hot weather, especially since GH is stable well into the 30 degree celsus range.

GH is very stable and I have seen people talk about freezing it or the hot temps-the truth is that it is frozen well below freezing -20 degrees C in the first stage for many hours, with heat slowly being added under a vacuum atmosphere allowing the water to skip a phase and go directly from ice to vapor collecting on massive condensing plates in the dryer. Secondary drying temperatures can reach 30 degrees C for many hours depending upon the cycle design to reach 2% moisture.

So are we REALLY still concerned with temperature in shipment when so many other things have happened before it even arrives?

I knew a guy that sold Seros back in the early part of 2002 he kept them in a large storage unit that got hot as hell-the guys buying from him were so bloated and carpal tunnel and numbness it was pitiful from using those potent Seros that had been baking in the storage unit. Made me chuckle and it still does a bit.

This pretty much sums it up. Ive kept my gh out in my room during the summer for over a month and it still worked fine. At worst, it loses a little potency. i remember seeing a lab analysis done on BOS where GH was kept in a hot room for about 90 days and it only lost its potency by 5% of something like that.

Glad people like you are chiming in. Guess I feel good about using my GHRP as well, then. Left it at room temp for over a month... 70-75F max.

Kevin (above) noted a decay of 5% after 90 days in a warm temperature. The reason (IMO) recommendations like the post I quoted are made is the same reason drugs have an expiration date but are good FAR beyond them. It can only lose so much potency (dont know how much, I assume VERY little like 1 or 2%) before a drug COMPANY can consider it "no good." If the manufacturer considers it bad after a month at a warmer temperature, it probably has lost far less potency than we would ever notice, just like we don't notice a difference if a drug is expired (usually). It doesn't magically become anywhere near ineffective after the expiration date.

If they had an expiration at 20% loss of potency and someone was treating a life-threatening illness, and died, they'd get SUED bigtime... so their guidelines are something that we need not be so concerned about with something like this.
