shooting B-12 Sub Q?

hey boys,

Who here shoots B-12? I ordered from synthetek and the instructions say shoot 2ml every 3 or 4 days but that seems like a lot for a sub Q shot to me. Just wanted to hear from some bro's that have shot it and what their experience was. Thanks in advance.

You always only do 1ml per SQ site.

With Synthelamin, you do 1ml ED for a week, then 1ml every third day.
