So I recently had a gyno surgery and shit has gone bad with internal bleeding but when I get back into the gym soon (a week or so) and I'm going to start with a lean bulk cycle. Now I do 12 weeks of cycle followed by 12 weeks of pct. I follow this with 24 weeks of break. Now I was thinking how much could I fuck myself up if once I did a 12 or 16 week break and then do a 12 week cut cycle? I don't mean doing this every time, just once. I just hit 25, did 2 cycles by myself (2nd one was stupid because I was being stupid), 3rd one was just test at 450 a week under a coach. 4th one with be test and another compound working under a coach also.
