Ive been busy lately and when i go into the gym.
I might do something like 5 heavy sets of a main work move like incline bench, 3 sets of flies. Then do some tris and be out in 30 minutes.
and come back sooner like 3 days and repeat.
I feel like im growing faster this way. Then spending an hour plus in the gym and waiting on hitting the muscle 5 plus days later.
anyone else work this way? downsides??
