JM what were you having the guy on leg press do? Looked like high reps then holds while you and Dave added a little by pulling on the sled... but then the videographer had his technical difficulties lol. I want to know what technique was used to cause such an "event"

We have bands on there one. This was to create more tension at the top. We were doing reps where at the top you pull your toes off the platform (dorsiflex foot), but Ken was getting delirious and just forgot to..lol. So anyways, we did 30 reps and then we did 3 isohold against additional resistance. I think we did like 7-8 seconds on each one. So you saw Ken do the first one, then he did two more...brutal..

My buddy Matt Kouba who came in from Chicago to train with us. He still did his next set, didn't complain, and in fact trained his ass off the rest of the workout.

One time my buddy and i where squating and he told me was getting light headed. I made fun of him calling him a pussy(he would do the same) anyways he went to do his set and after a girl came over and asked how many sets we had left and before she finished my buddy puked (and sounded like the video)
