Need some Vets advice please.
I am currently taking 6IU's (yellow tops)on workout days(3IU's in a.m. and 3IU's post workout on M,T,Th,Fri) and taking 3IU's on non-workout days.
Would it be better for me to just take 10-12IU's on workout days and none on non-workout days? (I'd split them up 5IU's in the am and 5IU's post workout).
I do however enjoy the veiny pump I get on non-workout days when I take my GH but obviously willing to sacrifice the pump for better results.
Im trying to lean up a bit this time of the year.
