I'm planning on experimenting with lowering my total food protein intake in favor of large doses of aminos with aminogen eg, 10g glutamine peptides, 10g bcaas, 10g eaas, 10g leucine, and 10g taurine 6x per day for 300g total. I already have the aminos from a bulk supplier. Would it be right to count these as protein grams or do I count them at all for my total caloric intake???

Ur gettin WAAYYY too crazy now. You cant count them, as they are not a complete protein source on their own. They would, all together, probably add up to like 10g anyway. No point. Just count regular protein.

Just curious as to why they would only add up to 10g of protein. My thinking is that it is more effecient to take in aminos as aminos instead of using the energy and time to digest them and break them down. They are already in there broken down pure form would that not be better for the body??? Just curious???

A complete protein source is a protein made up of all the EAA's required (not able to be manufactured by the body) to build muscle and an array of non essential as well. Yes, its effective to take in more of certain amino's (especially leucine), but they would not count towards a calorie count in a diet, as they are not a complete protein. It is far too insignificant. Im just glad for once you didnt ask a drug related question lol

Are you actually saying 300grams of aminos supply no calories?!!

Think.

Do you know what a calorie is?

How much anadrol/halo/dbol/cheque drops combo can I run with this amount of aminos???? Hahahahhahahah, No I appreciate your help, and concern I am working at taking less gear and focusing more on my nutrition, and your help and concern are both greatly appreciated. I'm sure I'll be asking you about my summer cutting diet as I want to run some interesting diet theories by you. Thanks again bro. Cheers.

Of course it does. Who is taking that many BCAA's, EAA's, Glutamine and Arginine in a day though? I dont think he should be doing it 6 times a day! They are a great addition at key times, but we all know a whole protein source is always better 95% of the time. I would limit most of those (BCAA/EAA/Arginine/Taurine) to pre/during/post workout and possibly glutamine at different points throughout the day/night, but i personally have never found them to be effective.

Yeah, 300 grams of individual aminos is extreme overkill and probably directly harmful.

It's way overkill and useless to take in 300g of aminos per day, but that being said I would also be curious to know how many kcals it would amount to...

Would you say 1g amino = 4 kcal just like 1g protein?

I've always wondered but never really paid too much attention, cause except for the lba's when I have some on hand, I rarely consume aminos such as glutamine, bcaa's, etc.

juice freak, lba's seem to be different and work at times away from workouts, but amino's will primarilarly get bronken up and destroyed in the digestion process, you need protein chains to enable dismantling without annihalation.

again, lba's seem to work well autonomously, however normal aminos no...
