should i drop the aromasin as im going into my cruise, keep a continued dosage at .5ml or increase the dosage to 1ml. I will br cruising at 500mgs test for 3 months.

1mg ed id too much for 500mg imo...try 0.5mg eod and check your estro levels after 2 weeks, then adjust accordingly

Wow!! Cruise at 500mg/week that is hardcore bro. Starting my cruise in a few weeks but will be at 125mg/week for eight weeks and then going back up.

Not a total expert but cruising at such a high amount, be careful.
Would not really call that a cruise. Must be pretty big?

fingers crossed its the common 25mg/ml seen on liquids... for 500 of test I imagine you could be safe as low as 6.25mg/day aka 1/4ml, unless you have abnormal aromatase conversions naturally then may need to go 12.5mg/day aka 1/2ml but generally speaking you'd be surprised how effective 6.25mg/day is after going about 1-2 weeks consistent... due to short halflife I would always recommend sticking the ED dosing too and not EOD, but frankly its what ever you experiment with that your body responds best to..

Only your bloodwork numbers like your E2 can tell you.

Also just to echo the words of caution, I also went thru a period of about 18 months where I'd cruise at 500mg/wk and blast with triple that back and forth between the two. After 18 months of never being less than 500/wk my bloodwork and lipid profile were horrendous. I mean do what you want, but just monitor yourself and understand exactly where your numbers are. Like me you very likely will have to reduce your cruises for the sake of long term health. Unless of course you are competing in which cause you gotta do what you gotta do short term

all points taken into consideration, last cruise was at 250mgs and although i maintained gains body acne was a problem likley due to higher estrogen levels. At 250mgs should i drop the aromasin until i start my cycle or continue .5ml? i will be getting bloodwork mid cruise to get a better idea.

aromasin lowers my sex drive. Even 12.5mg ED does that to me. I don't really know why, but take it for what it's worth
