should i use nolv

i personally have never used nolvadex during a cycle and i have never had gyno in my life, is it essential for me to use, i have used clomid after a cycle. but i have heard of people using it during the cycle with noladex. i am just a little hazy on the proper use of anti Es, nobody around my area seems to even know what they are. if someone out there can discuss the proper use of these for me that would be great

use it when needed....20-40mg a day if you start to get gyno problems....if you dont get gyno problems why use it?
