Anyone else get these regularly?

Been getting them very bad lately this cycle. I’m on test and anadrol with 5iu GH, nothing crazy. But whenever I’m resting my shoulders, suddenly when I move them again they cramp. And if I look at my phone or am holding something up for a period, when I set them down again I cramp.

Any tips? I’m already taking magnesium, use lite salt here and there for potassium as well. Drinking usually 150oz+ a day of water!

I'm currently on 60 mcg of Clenbuterol (in addition to 500mg Test Cyp and 30mg Winny) during this cutting phase and started to get the typical cramping with it. My coach suggested diet tonic water with quinine 6-8 oz. a day. It has done the trick for the cramping. Maybe give it a go.

Haha, don’t praise me yet. I’ve made some dumb threads, but some vets showed me the magic of the search function 🤣

I’ll have to look into tonic water! All the electrolytes in the world don’t seem to be doing the trick lol

The phone issue 100% I have to talk on speaker or with ids I can’t hold my phone up or my arm just locks

Yeah I never notice it UNTIL I set my phone down after, worst front delt/bicep cramp ever lol

Oh my shit goes numb then the cramp stars at the delt and if it gets to the wrist I’ll drop the fucking thing
