Hi guys
Been a while since i posted on here. About 5 years ago i was doing a heavy set of 455lb incline press. Stupid days going heavy. Anyways, did the set fine, but on the drive home my left shoulder was constantly "clicking" every time i moved the steering wheel. Sure enough, it didnt go away. Got an MRI and the "anterior glenoid" - basically the ball and socket in the shoulder is damaged. What can i take to repair this while i am still somewhat young (33)? I read conflicting things on TB500 that it is mostly for tendon repair. Right now, started some deca, and that helped alot, but i don't know that its actually rebuilding anything, versus simply lubricating the joints. Also on "Bone Marrow" supplement, and just ordered Chicken Collagen after reading this could help. I've been dealing with this for 5 years, and not only does the pain bother me, but the constant "clicking" every time i move my shoulder drives me nuts. Could anyone help me out and suggest something that works to rebuild collagen? I know that it is not an easy task to accomplish.
