Shoulder cartilage repair

Hi guys

Been a while since i posted on here. About 5 years ago i was doing a heavy set of 455lb incline press. Stupid days going heavy. Anyways, did the set fine, but on the drive home my left shoulder was constantly "clicking" every time i moved the steering wheel. Sure enough, it didnt go away. Got an MRI and the "anterior glenoid" - basically the ball and socket in the shoulder is damaged. What can i take to repair this while i am still somewhat young (33)? I read conflicting things on TB500 that it is mostly for tendon repair. Right now, started some deca, and that helped alot, but i don't know that its actually rebuilding anything, versus simply lubricating the joints. Also on "Bone Marrow" supplement, and just ordered Chicken Collagen after reading this could help. I've been dealing with this for 5 years, and not only does the pain bother me, but the constant "clicking" every time i move my shoulder drives me nuts. Could anyone help me out and suggest something that works to rebuild collagen? I know that it is not an easy task to accomplish.

You can take thing that will supplement healing but ultimately it takes time. Time taking it easy and allowing healing. That's assuming the damage is something capable of healing itself.

I would run BPC and HGH. Do rotator cuff exercises. A lot of people neglect keeping the tiny stabilizer muscles strong and flexible which results in injury. You can find rotator cuff routines right on youtube. That is your best bet

If you injured it 5 years ago and it hasn't healed any then you could try some HGH but i would think surgery was most likely the only way to fix the problem. You can try some things that will cover up the symptoms but i would bet they will come back once you quit taking them. That is how it was for me.

what was wrong with your shoulder? Was it cartilage damage or tendon? My doctor said the only way to fix it through surgery was a shoulder replacement. I obviously don’t want to go through that. The pain is not terrible, so I don’t even understand why it would require a full shoulder replacement other than the fact that maybe there are no surgeries that are capable of repairing cartilage.

Left shoulder torn tendons from a accident then continued use till 2 rotators tore off the bone. Right shoulder partially replaced as it was bone on bone so there was no cartilage to repair. As it was just worn down for the most part. A full replacement would have meant no more lifting or any other serious activity as the plastic parts they would have used don't hold up. If you can endure what ever you are going through then you don't have to have it replaced. If you wait till a full replacement is needed it will hamper your life a lot.
