Shoulder injection-bruised now

I took a fina injection in my shoulder last week. The site swole the day of the injection and the next day but no real pain. A week later I have a large bruise from just above my elbow on the outside of my arm running up to the tricep. It's tender like any other bruise but I haven't had any fever, weakness or other signs of infection. I had concerns over the filtering of the fina to begin with so I am concerned. Anybody experienced this or similar?

a week later seems kind of odd, maybe 1-2 days later bruising could be normal if you hit a vein or blood vessel.

I hope thats it but wouldnt I have bleeding from the injection site or maybe blood when I drew back the syringe?
