I was on the last set of Wendler 5/3/1 and on the 3rd rep felt a tearing pain in my right shoulder, spotter had to pull the weight off me....
I'm terrified I've torn or partially torn something and will have to stop lifting.
My range of motion is ok, but there is pain lifting my arm overhead.
Anyone have any experience, thoughts or tips?
I'm icing it now, but am kind of worried about it.
