Shoulder pain

I just started this today, i swear my shoulder hurts less. Does this exercise strengthen the RC or just stretches the shoulder, or both? I'll do damn near anything to avoid surgery.

It actually seems like it does both. I had very poor mobility and couldn't do much pressing at all, even after rehab, but once I added this my shoulder finally started making progress.
 
guys i was doing some stretching excercises and when i was doing them i felt my shoulder just pop, like it popped back into place. it hurt like hell and the pain and the numbness that i was experiencing had stopped. I think that is was out of place a little bit. Is that possible to be out of place just enough to cause that to happen? anyways it is not a 100% but it is where i can workout. still a little pain when i do bench but no much.

My right shoulder has been feeling like it needs to be popped or something is being pinched. What can this be from. I went to bed one night and woke up with this feeling in my shoulder. Also my neck felt like it had a crick in it. Like I slept on it wrong. Any ideas what this could be?

I had developed a feeling like I had gravel in my shoulder joint and it stayed inflammed constantly I was scared to death that it was something major, I went and got it checked out and this Orthopedic Dr. was a genius and he recommended authroscopic surgery so I had it done and I am so glad that I did my shoulder if perfect now and it was such a simple procedure... I thought I had to live with an injury and so happy that its gone....
