I just started this today, i swear my shoulder hurts less. Does this exercise strengthen the RC or just stretches the shoulder, or both? I'll do damn near anything to avoid surgery.
It actually seems like it does both. I had very poor mobility and couldn't do much pressing at all, even after rehab, but once I added this my shoulder finally started making progress.
