SHOULDER PROBLEMS?

The prolotherapy is awesome. However it is extremely expensive, up to $400 a shot. And often several shots are needed for therapy. The NFL has turned to this for almost all problematic injuries. Works extremely well, if you have a club house paying for it.

I too have had many shoulder problems and agree with everyone on staying away from flat bench. I have used deca before and feel great while I'm on it but after I come off the shoulder pain comes right back in about 3wks. I usually do a cycle while preparing for bench meets.

You might ask your doc. about celebrex. I use it now on an as needed basis and it really seems to keep my shoulder pain in check during heavy training cycles.

Viuoxx celebrex, etc are all related and are really IMO no better than a good dose of advil

my prob is a bit more serious whereas i can not even do ANY benching, flyes or direct bicep curls with anywhere near decent weight without risking something REALLY BAD
