Well guys I messed up my shoulder....My rear delt.....I know it was from heavy rows and doing heavy dumbbells for rear delts....I rested it for about 1 month and came back today and I benched with not to much of a problem but when I did some DB shoulder presses just to see how it felt I could really feel it in my rear delt....felt like no power what so ever and a little pain. I came home and iced it....when I press on it it feels like a muscle. There was no popping noise or any brusing when I hurt it actually I didnt even know I hurt it until I came in the week after and couldn't bench because of the no power feeling. What do you guys think it is? Doesn't hurt when I do rows or anything for back just when I try to do pressess mostly over my head...
