Is it possible to workout my upper chest and shoulders 3 times a week. Say Mon Wed Fri ... I need some improvement.. I recover quickly.. Any Opinions..

Mon-Back
Tues-Chest
Wed-Legs
Thurs-Tris,bis
Frid-Shoulders
Yes 3 times a week is definitely doable....you are going to have to really watch your volume though.
Why not try 2-3 work sets every MWF...changing the exercises each day.
M: Incline Press 2 work sets— Side laterals 2 sets
W: Dips 2 work sets— Front raises/rear lateral SS 2 sets
F: Cable crossovers 2-3 work sets— Shoulder press 2 sets
I really think training ANY bodypart everyday can work as long as your realllly watch your volume. My back was its strongest and widest doing 1 set of pullups to failure ED.

If you keep the same split. I would start by just adding some side lats at the end of your chest workout and on shoulder day make sure your doing a full ext bb shoulder press and at the end of the workout a few sets of bw dips. Good starting point. If its possible also I would switch fri to sat. Just a few suggestions. Hope they help

Day off , after arms I don't think training chest,should is the best idea. Again bro these r only suggestion. I'm just going off your original split. I don't think you need to blow your hole program up just make some minor changes
is it right to do chest right after back?

Tuesday:chest

Thursday:arms
Friday:shoulders
How should arrange it so I can get another shoulder day?
