Firstly, go see a doctor, find out if you need surgery.
Get on some HGH or HGH fragment (you won't need to blast a shit load), either of them will serve the purpose of creating a positive environment in your body of recovery.
Try some small amount of IGF in your shoulders, I know 3-4 strongmen who use this directly into the muscle they have torn, something to do with the proteins binding to the damaged tissue. It could help your joints in that area.
Equipoise or Primobolan will help a damn sight more than deca,
I believe that deca masks the pain of joint injurys due to its effects of creating more fluid around the joints and as soon as your drop that deca the pain will come back much worse, because the joints haven't had to work as hard as normal and then they get one hell of a shock when there isn't the "deca fluid" around the sore or damaged area's (just my thoughts, I don't like using deca because of this reason, some people swear by it, make up your own decision)
You might also want to try some peptides like CJC or GHRP-6, it might shorten your time being injured and help with that positive enviorment of recovery
